Go to the upper right corner and select "login" and follow the process of loggin in.
After being logged in, the upper right now will show your login name (in this example the name is "tempuser", but your own username will be showing here.)
Now -- go to the left of the bar and select "User Control Panel":
It'll open the main window for you to make lots of different choices in how you want the Forum to work for you. Here's what the User Control Panel looks like -- the red checks indicate buttons for you to choose which give you different control windows. Explore them at will and choose what pleases you.
